Step 3: Deck Size
Include all deck areas, steps, screens, sidings, and handrails in your measurement.
Count each step, linear meter of handrail or post, and every square meter of screens or sidings as 1m².
Sum up these measurements to find the Total Square Meterage.
How to Measure Your Deck:

Length and Width: Use a tape measure to find the length and width of your deck in meters.

Calculate Area: Multiply the length by the width to get the area in square meters (m²).

Repeat steps 1-2 for all areas and sum the total
